Reiki

Rei-Ki means lifeforce energy.

Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a Japanese word that translates to Spiritual Energy. Rei means spiritual or sacred in Japanese and Ki means energy.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands on or above the client’s body acting as a conduit for the Reiki energy to flow through and address physical, mental, emotional or spiritual imbalances. The client may experience a warm sensation or glowing radiance, around and through them during a session. The experience is unique for each individual.

In order to perform Reiki a person must have an attunement from a Reiki Master Teacher (RMT).

An attunement is a ceremony that opens the chakras and allows the receiver to “tune in” to the Reiki energy.

Jade studied Usui Shiki Rhoyo “System of Natural Healing”- founded by Mikao Usui and had 3 attunements reaching the master/teacher level. A master does not mean she is better than other practitioners, it simply means she can now attune others to the Reiki energy and teach Usui’s system of natural healing.
